Interest in academic ranking systems increased substantially in the last two decades. The majority of existing ranking systems are highly exclusive and cover up to 1500 best-positioned world universities. An exception to these ranking systems is the Webometrics ranking, which ranks more than 31000 universities throughout the world. In this study, we wanted to examine what factors best predict the Webometrics rankings. The sample for this study consisted of 102 European universities, with the Webometrics ranks ranging from 18th position to 6969th position. We examined the effects of the number of Web of Science publications, Scopus publications, and ResearchGate-related data on Webometrics ranking. Data retrieved from the academic social network site ResearchGate predicted 72% of the variance in the Webometrics ranking. The number of Scopus publications was the single best determinant of whether the university will be positioned in the top 1000 ranked universities. These results indicate the potential use of ResearchGate scores in the rankings of universities and serve as a proxy for universities’ excellence. Web knowledge sharing is a developmental approach for content production systems in the Internet space that can reduce the cost of information dissemination and increase the efficiency of systems, so the purpose of this study is to identify, analyze and categorize the factors affecting Sharing web knowledge in libraries is a fuzzy Delphi approach. : This research is exploratory in terms of purpose, fundamental in terms of research audience, and qualitative in terms of the type of research. The statistical population of the study consisted of 15 experts including the professors of the Knowledge and Information Science department, professors of information technology management, and the managers of libraries who were fully acquainted with the subject of web knowledge sharing. These subjects were selected by snowball sampling method to reach theoretical saturation. The data collection instrument is semi-structured interviews. The six stages of thematic analysis were used to identify the factors affecting the knowledge web sharing the Fuzzy Delphi technique was applied for the consensus opinions of experts. The resulting data were analyzed using PSS24 and PLS3.8 software. The results obtained from Delphi-fuzzy theme analysis and technique indicated that the main factors of web knowledge sharing in libraries of Iran include three main factors, "desirability of web information" with three components (trust and reliability, perception and usefulness), "Web space desirability" with four components (ease of use, accessibility, usability, and security) and "people desirability" with two components (internal and external motivations) were identified. It was found that the web space desirability factor with a coefficient of the impact of 0.917 had the most impact and was the priority and factor of web information desirability with a coefficient of 0.858; and the desirability of individuals with a coefficient of 0.813 was in the second and third priorities of the impact factor, respectively. According to the opinion of experts, web knowledge sharing as a flexible capability to deliver content aims to provide quick access to knowledge on the web and integrate it into the library. Consequently, it is necessary for the libraries to constantly identify the production, exchange, and application of knowledge among their employees to find ways to achieve organizational goals.https://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.20088302.2022.20.3.2.9

Computer science is a burgeoning research field and has the potential to accelerate the rate of industrialisation and subsequently, economic development. Using bibliometric data obtained from Scopus, this study employed a 15-year informetric analysis to highlight Nigeria’s productivity and impact trends in the computer science research landscape. Our findings are summarised as follows: First, Nigeria’s computer science research contribution and citations are meager in comparison to the global output. Secondly, international collaboration is generally weak as most collaborations are national in scope. Third, Nigeria’s computer science-related research is published in low-quality outlets, as Scopus has discontinued the indexing of most of the outlets. The present study was conducted with the aim to identify and rank the factors affecting the successful adoption of management information systems in medical centers of Kerman (Iran). For this purpose, based on research literature and experts’ interview 27 criteria were identified in four dimensions and categorized. Then, considering the causal relationships between them and the importance of each indicator, the AHP and DEMATEL multi-criteria decision making approach was used in the Intuitionistic fuzzy environment. In the present study, the weight of dimensions was determined using AHP method and then the causal relationships between dimensions and degree of influence and effectiveness of each dimension were determined using DEMTEL technique. The results obtained that the dimension of senior management support is identified as the most important dimension. Every single person is entitled to equal space on the roads or sidewalks, so they rely on each other’s empathy and compassion and not be self-centered. Therefore, it is essential to promote the ethics of road safety and road users’ exemplary behavior upmost. This review analyzed the publication trends and thematic evolution of road user behaviour over 47 years from 1973 to 2020. The assessment uses the Scopus database and various bibliometric indicators, such as output growth trends, eminent countries, research hotspots, and author keywords. Also, this study presented a graphical visualization of bibliometric indicators using a VOSviewer. Another bibliometric software tool, known as SciMAT, was used to inspect road user behaviour research’s thematic evolution. The verdicts revealed that the number of publications increased exponentially, starting in 2005 with a hike in publications in 2020. Road user behaviour researches were diverse by examining the various research hotspots. This review also focuses on several themes and dimensions of road user behaviour research. The essential motor theme during the first period (2005-2012) was “schools”. Other motor themes, such as “cross-sectional studies,” “car”, and “space-temporal-analysis”, became the most significant number of publications in the second period (2013-2020). These four themes may be beneficial as a benchmark for researchers focusing on the art of road user behaviour. University rankings are often based on measurable outputs. Research institutes and universities are expected to be evaluated based on their capabilities, inputs, and outputs and it is important to do balanced and comprehensive evaluations. Criticisms towards global ranking systems have led them to reform their methodologies, consider the differences in the mission of universities, normalize data based on subjects, and consider the size and age of universities. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) method is a complementary tool to increase the ranking transparency. This study aimed to evaluate the research efficiency of Iranian universities ranked in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings by using the DEA method and to discover the relationship between universities' performance, their rank, research scores, and their citation score in the Times Higher Education Ranking System. The research population included 47 universities. Three inputs and 15 outputs were used in different models. The Microsoft Excel and DEAP software were used to extract the data, define the scenarios and analyze the data. The results showed the relatively good performance of the universities. There was no relationship between the universities’ efficiency score and their research score in the Times Ranking System, but a significant positive relationship was observed between the efficiency score and the universities’ rank and the citation score in the Times Ranking System (0.719 and 0.613, respectively). It seems that the DEA method can be used as a complementary tool to evaluate the technical performance and allocate funds to universities and research institutes.https://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.20088302.2022.20.3.6.3

For physicians, choosing the correct and up-to-date health information is one of the most important challenges. Therefore, they need to acquire information retrieval skills. The present study examines clinical librarian's educational role in improving medical students’ accessing health information skills. This study is a quasi-experimental applied survey. The study participants were senior medical students of BPUMS1 taking the clinical course in 2013 (n=52). They were divided into two groups, test and control groups, each containing 21 (test group) and 23 (control group). Subsequently, a two-month workshop program besides training sessions was held with the participation of a clinical librarian at the clinic and a scenario by a physician present in the test group. The data collection tool was a self-administered questionnaire used before and after intervention (two months later) to both test and control groups. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and an independent T-Test. The findings of this study show that, in total, there is an increase in mean scores of familiarity with medical databases, their use, and the need for clinical librarian services after an educational intervention. This increase was revealed in (37.33 ± 9.61), (36.85 ± 10.1), and (42.85 ± 3.5) respectively; and the difference was significant (p<0.001). The lack of use of updated medical evidence and resources by medical students was due to the lack of knowledge of specialized medical databases. Social media usage trends have established a drastic jump from 5% in 2005 to 72% in 2021. This study, therefore, sought to investigate the extent to which social media is being used to facilitate information dissemination by students in Ghanaian Universities. The Uses and gratifications theory (UGT) which seeks to explain why and how people actively seek out specific media to satisfy specific needs was used as the theoretical framework for the study. The descriptive research design was used to gather both qualitative and quantitative data from respondents across tertiary institutions in Ghana. The study established that social media serves as one of the vital tools for learning and information dissemination among the students. The students used social media for academic work more than for recreational activities. They access social media through the mobile devices they own and are connected to the internet. Whiles the majority of them had only one social media account, a significant proportion had more than one social media account. Today, e-commerce has become a competitive space for online retailers. Therefore, personalization has become a vital part of e-commerce websites’ success that is a challenge for marketers and researchers. Therefore, this study aims to provide a model for web personalization and mining user interests using a hybrid approach of web-usage and web-content mining. So, the navigational patterns of web users and the interests of each user on web pages of a Persian website were extracted through web-usage mining and topic modeling, respectively. Users were then clustered using the dependency distribution algorithm and 25 categories were extracted. To better understand the behavioral patterns of web users, they were categorized using the Support Vector Machine algorithm based on the users’ interests and navigational behaviors. This study investigates the architectural spaces of Shiraz University Libraries from users' viewpoints for architectural concepts and academic library standards. It also explores the architectural areas, appropriateness, and arrangement of internal communication inside the libraries and the strengths and weaknesses regarding activities performed in a typical academic library. The research method was a descriptive survey with a quantitative and qualitative approach. There were two statistical populations in this study. One was all the libraries in the faculties of Shiraz University, whose buildings have been designed for this purpose from the beginning. The other was all the students of different fields in the faculties of engineering, humanities, and educational sciences, social sciences, law, veterinary medicine, agriculture, and basic sciences of Shiraz University. The optimization method was Cochran's formula to determine the sample size. A researcher-made questionnaire for users containing fifty-four items on eight aspects of libraries, namely: the exterior space, main entrance space, circulation desk space, nonprint materials space (audio-visual resources, electronic resources, and databases), reference sources space, study hall space, hallways and service spaces and environmental issues such as air-conditioning. Another tool was a checklist based on the standards for Iranian university libraries and the fourth edition of the Sannwald Checklist published by the American Library Association. Based on this checklist, the spaces of the libraries were examined by observing and interviewing the library staff. The results obtained from the users' point of view, observation of libraries, and interviews with staff show that although some standards have been considered in the overall design of the library buildings of Shiraz University, many architectural standards and concepts have either been ignored or not fully considered in subspaces. The main problem seen in almost all libraries is the lack of a special entrance for disabled library patrons. The present study aims to design a model for the effect of content marketing on e-customer relationship management (E-CRM) in the Iran Public Libraries Foundation (IPLF). This research is applied in terms of its objective and mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in terms of its approach. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research consists of experts who are fully acquainted with the subject of content marketing, including 17 professors in the departments of information science and knowledge, business management with the marketing orientation, information technology (IT), computer engineering and content production experts have chosen using purposeful and snowball sampling method. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative stage includes all managers, staff, and, librarians of Iranian public libraries, i.e. 7000 people. Using Cochran's formula and by stratified random sampling method, 364 people are selected as the total sample size. Due to sampling error (0.05) and the possibility of non-return of some questionnaires, 375 questionnaires are distributed and 366 questionnaires are collected and analyzed. Data collection tools are semi-structured interviews in the qualitative part and researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part, which is designed based on the findings of the qualitative part of the research. Also, the standard Kamalian, Amini Lari and Moezzi (2009) questionnaire is used to assess ECRM. In this study, theme analysis is used to identify the factors affecting content marketing, the fuzzy Delphi technique is used to consolidate the opinions of experts, and confirmatory factor analysis is used to evaluate the validity and reliability of the questionnaires. Results: Based on the study of texts and exploratory interviews with experts, five dimensions of strategic planning, content supply, and production, content distribution and dissemination, content analysis, pricing, and sales are identified for content marketing. Among these, content supply and production factor with an impact factor of 0.931 has the most impact and is the priority. Factors of content distribution and dissemination with a coefficient of 0.917; content analysis with a coefficient of 0.894; strategic planning with a coefficient of 0.877; and pricing and sales with a coefficient of 0.642 are in the second to fifth priorities in terms of effectiveness, respectively. Also, the impact factor of content marketing on the effectiveness of ECRM is calculated to be 816%. Findings at the error level of 0.05 indicate that content marketing has a significant effect on the effectiveness of ECRM in IPLF. ECRM in IPLF can be explained by the content marketing model. In addition to producing useful content related to the needs and preferences of its audience, it creates a powerful tool to gain trust and change the audience's attitude towards the services provided. Moreover, by increasing the skills of staff and managers, IPLF has made more efforts to identify, attract and retain audiences, which in the long run will lead to customer satisfaction, increased revenue growth, and achievement of competitive advantage.https://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.20088302.2022.20.3.11.8

This study aimed to identify the effect of Altmetrics indicators of Mendeley resource management database on scientometric indicators in Scopus and Web of Science citation databases. The present study is an applied and descriptive research that has been done by scientometric method with Altmetrics approach. The statistical sample for the study includes Iranian researchers in the field of nursing who had an indexed document in the Scopus citation database, in the period 2000-2019 and on the date of the research (20/03/2020), and was also a member of the Mendeley resource management database. There were 158 high-profile authors introduced by Scopus. Findings illustrated that there is no significant relationship between the h-index in Scopus and the followers' index in Mendeley. However, there is a significant relationship between the other indicators studied in these two databases. There is also a significant relationship between co-authorship index, h-index, citations, readers, publications, and viewers in Mendeley scientific social network with indexes of citation number and h-index in the Web of Science citation database. But there is no significant relationship between the follower’s index and these indicators. Examining the relationship between the numbers of citations received in Mendeley, Scopus, and Web of Science shows that there is a significant relationship between the numbers of citations received in these databases. Respectively, the strongest correlation, in this case, is between the citation index received in the Mendeley and Web of Science database, Mendeley and Scopus, and finally Scopus and Web of science. There is also a significant relationship between the etch index in the Mendeley, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. Considering the essential role of knowledge management in organizations and the importance of knowledge auditing as one of its most vital processes, the purpose of this paper is to reveal the insights and thoughts of authors about knowledge auditing in the articles during 2016-2020 by using the systematic review method. In these articles, the progress and differences in the proposed models and frameworks of knowledge auditing are also examined. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the World Science Productions in the field of religion and health using co-word analysis.The research reviewed scientific documents indexed from 1958 to 2019 on Web of Science (WoS). For analyzing the data and drawing the scientific map, Ravar Matrix and Vosviewer tools were used.The data analysis shows that Iran provided only 1.52 percent of global scientific production in this field with 32 scientific documents, and countries such as the US, UK, and Germany are ahead of the others. The co-word analysis shows that the most important topics include spirituality and health, mental health, and medical ethics. In the past 60 years of studies on the three major religions of Islam, Judaism, and Christianity, the relation of spirituality and health has been one of the most significant topics. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has fuelled the surge of various kinds of misinformation, hoax, conspiracy theories and rumours which have challenged the health systems all over the globe. The present study explored how Indians responded to the Misinfodemic, as a notice as well as an information sharer during the deadly pandemic. The study also elucidated the cyberchondria experiences among the Indians due to the misinfodemic. An online survey questionnaire was used to identify the respondents and to collect the needed data for the study (N=266). The result showed that the majority of the participants noticed misinformation regarding the outbreak on various internet platforms predominantly social media. The misinformation led the participants to a spectrum of mental health issues like stress, anxiety, anger, insomnia and depression. 9.80% of participants admitted themselves sharing misinformation regarding the outbreak and men did more compared to females (16.9% to 9.2%) (t143.006 = 1.572, p =.001). The misinfodemic resulted in increasing the health anxiety of the participants and there was no significant difference among the gender in experiencing health anxiety. The primary objective of this study is to assess the quality and performance of South and East Asian Open Access Library and Information Science Repositories. The study is segmented into four parts, the first of which is devoted to quality assessment and, the second is the repositories’ performance using the web analysis tool Nibbler and Alexa. In the third segment, the Revised Web Impact Factors (RWIF) was calculated, and the final part represents the Ranking of the repositories in terms of visibility, transparency, and excellence.The results indicate that the Chinese Institutional Repository of the Chinese Academy of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, CAS, and the Peking University Institutional Repository ranked as the first and the second, respectively, with Japanese repositories ranking the last. “Taiwan’s Chaoyang University of Technology Institutional Repository” has the most comprehensive collection of resources with varying levels of availability of resources in terms of quality assurance indicators. The mission and vision of any library is the provision of information resources and services to satisfy users of the library, Libraries are the heart of any institution supporting teaching, learning and research. The law library is not an exception to this. This study focused on users’ satisfaction with legal information resources in Adeleke University Faculty of law library Ede, Nigeria. The study employed descriptive survey research design and purposive sampling technique to select sample size of 100 respondents using the library regularly through the library register opened to monitor users on daily basis. Questionnaire as instrument for data collection. 95 of the questionnaire was returned meaning 95% response. The study was carried out to know why respondents visit the law library, level of satisfaction with available resources, services and facilities. The findings of the study showed that respondents were satisfied with available resources and facilities, insecurity of items kept in the library cloakroom was a major challenge. The study recommended more security services for users’ belongings while using the library and improvement of internet facility.https://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.20088302.2022.20.3.17.4
